Part of a large-scale renovation to expand the gallery space and highlight the museum’s importance as a campus hub, the gesture-recognition DialogTable and the movies you can view on it are key components in the museum’s goal of gathering visitors together, sparking conversation around the many compelling artworks on display. Showcasing the myriad connections between objects in their rich and extensive collection, the 32 movies Night Kitchen crafted for the table bring to life a range of themes, from the playful to the educational, in a thought-provoking and creative manner. Read our case study for more on this project.
UMMA has put together this great video showcasing their new space and featuring students engaging with the DialogTable – look for it at the 3:34 mark!
