Illsville: Fight the Disease Game Simulation

We are pleased to announce the addition of the Illsville: Fight the Disease game simulation to the College of Physicians of Philadelphia’s History of Vaccines website!

Designed primarily for high school science students, the Fight the Disease game simulation takes players through four eras, presenting them with disease outbreaks and decision factors that they can manipulate to help maintain a healthy population. Information about relevant historical events are interspersed throughout the game in order to reinforce key points about factors that continue to play a role in preventing the spread of disease.
