Marketing Director

With a background in marketing and industrial/organizational psychology, Michelle Ghadfa’s experience has entailed business process analysis, research, and needs assessment for clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, technology and non-profits. Michelle joined Night Kitchen Interactive in October 2005, after working as a professional consultant. She brings experience in helping clients to develop and execute marketing initiatives at both the strategic and tactical level. She holds a M.B.A. and Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore.
