Dave Rizzio

Inspiration
- My Google RSS Feed Reader. So many people doing so many interesting and fun things to push this swirling mass of culture forward. Creative people can be truly amazing, and always inspiring.
- Oh, and 8tracks.com’s curated mixes, which are always full of good tunes, ripe for getting the creative juices flowing.
Narration
- Pretty much any Coen Brothers film, but most especially Miller’s Crossing
- Any album from A Tribe Called Quest or De La Soul
- Frank Miller’s "The Dark Knight Returns"
Design
- It might be cliché for a designer to say, but Apple computers. Apple is a company that looks at the functions needed, and then designs in a way that strips away all unnecessary elements. They really try to distill design down to it’s essentials.
- And then on the flip side of that view, browsing Etsy and seeing the beautiful inventiveness of people in their homes and studios. It can be ridiculous too to sift through, but what in this world worth seeing, isn’t worth a little work to see it?
Interaction
- Thoughtful discussions about intelligent topics and inspiring projects.
- But I also enjoy the heck out of watching films too.
