inspiration

Bristol-Myers Squibb developed clinSIGHT, a sophisticated web application made to integrate its global site monitoring activity. User acceptance of the new tool was critical to the success of the company’s global change management campaign.

narration

Night Kitchen Interactive created virtual characters to represent the key roles involved in the site monitoring process. We built a story on scenarios commonly experienced by individuals in the identified roles. The characters provided instructions and feedback throughout the training, thereby creating a more engaging learning environment.

We introduced the same virtual characters in rich-media webmercials designed to deliver key benefits messages and promote awareness of the upcoming rollout to the company’s target audience in multiple countries.

design

Night Kitchen Interactive produced a highly modular online course that was seamlessly integrated into the company’s learning management system. This role-based course optimized learner time and provided accurate, effective assessment. Animated diagrams, streaming video and interactive process maps were integrated to enhance retention.

interaction

System procedures were demonstrated through Watch-and-Learn software simulations and Try-it-Yourself simulated tasks. Three-tiered remediation was implemented to provide optimal learner feedback. Checks on learning, embedded surveys and detailed reporting features were included to capture feedback and evaluate performance.
