The Rosenbach Museum & Library has launched the 21st Century Abe blog, www.21stcenturyabe.org. Designed by Night Kitchen Interactive, the blog previews the upcoming 21st Century Abe website, which will target a new generation of audiences about the life, work, and words of Abraham Lincoln.
Scheduled for launch on February 12th – Lincoln’s 200th birthday, the website will include creative interpretations of exhibition materials by artist/illustrator Maira Kalman, musician Bryce Dessner of the band The National, and multimedia artists Archive (Chris Kubick and Anne Walsh). The project is already getting attention in the blogosphere and elsewhere: City Paper, Foundhistory.org, the National Review Online and The Bulletin.
